From the receipt of the product, the right of withdrawal from the Contract, which can be used by the Customer without showing a reason and without paying a penalty condition, starts for 14 (fourteen) days. The period mentioned in distance sales contracts where the provision of services is at stake starts from the date of establishment of the Contract. The right of withdrawal will be exercised within the period from the establishment of the contract to the delivery of the Product.

If the packaging of the Product is not opened, spoiled and unused, the right of withdrawal can be used. The Product to be returned must be delivered complete and undamaged with standard accessories, if any.

In the event that the product and/or service is withdrawn or a refund request is made in accordance with the relevant regulations and the conditions specified in the distance sales contract between the customer and GEN Z, these requests will be made directly to the CLASSHOPPER if they are made after the delivery of the QR Code to the User by CLASSHOPPER and in every stage of the sales of campaign. And the relevant return policy of the SELLER and GEN Z will be followed by the CUSTOMER and the SELLER.

In addition, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following contracts:

  1. Contracts for goods or services whose price varies depending on fluctuations in the financial markets and are not under the control of the seller or provider.
  2. Contracts for goods prepared in accordance with the wishes or personal needs of the consumer.
  3. Contracts for the delivery of goods that may be perishable or expired.
  4. Goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after delivery; contracts for the delivery of those whose return is not suitable in terms of health and hygiene.
  5. Contracts for goods that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated due to their nature.
  6. Contracts for books, digital content and computer consumables offered in the material environment if the protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package are opened after the delivery of the goods.
  7. Contracts for the delivery of periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, other than those provided under the subscription agreement.
  8. Contracts for accommodation, transportation of goods, car rental, provision of food and beverages and the use of leisure time for the purpose of entertainment or recreation, which must be concluded on a certain date or period.
  9. Contracts for services performed instantly in electronic form or for intangible goods delivered to the consumer instantly.
  10. Contracts for services whose performance is started with the consent of the consumer before the expiry of the right of withdrawal period.=

In case the product is requested to be returned by the customer after the QR code is submitted to the Seller, by using the right of withdrawal or for any other reason, this request shall be submitted to the CLASSHOPPER (to the GEN Z Customer Services) within the 14 (fourteen) days specified above; this the relevant withdrawal notification will be made by calling from the telephone number, by sending an e-mail to the address or by filling out the sample withdrawal form (ANNEX – WITHDRAWAL FORM) in the annex or by making notification by registered mail, fax or e-mail and the product must be send to the address that which is specified by the CLASSHOPPER Customer Service with any shipping company  within 10 (ten) days from the date of sending the relevant withdrawal notification at the CLASSHOPPER’s expense.​

The CLASSHOPPER is obliged to accept the return of the Product and initiate the procedure for the Product price within 14 (fourteen) days at the latest after receiving the Customer's request. In cases where the return of the product cannot be accepted or the right of withdrawal cannot be accepted, a written statement will be made on the relevant subject and if the product has been sent by the User, it will be sent back to the User at the user's expense.

About the purchase of campaigns received through the application with credit or debit card (purchase of products and / or services, purchase of campaign coupons, etc.) In the event that the right of withdrawal is exercised by GEN Z by fulfilling the necessary conditions before the QR code is presented to the Customer or if the campaign is returned for any other reason or if the campaign is requested to be canceled for a valid reason, the Customer is not paid with cash in the event that the product and/or service fee will be returned to the User by GEN Z. The return of the user credit card to the debit card or the corresponding virtual wallet is carried out according to the procedures of the relevant bank and the payment provider service provider (Iyzico). Inside the package you returned; The packaging, box, standard accessories, if any, of the product must be undamaged and complete. The return of products whose original packaging has been destroyed, damaged, damaged in any way due to use is not accepted. All kinds of programs, software, DVDs, records, VCDs, CDs and cassettes, stationery and computer materials are accepted to be returned only if the packaging is intact, opened, not tried and unused.

After confirmation of your return:

An information email will be sent to you and once your refund is confirmed, the product price will be refunded to the credit card you paid for within the statutory period of 10 business days. This period starts with the receipt of the product you have returned by us. (Mandatory in accordance with the General Communiqué of the Tax Procedure Law No. 385). Depending on your bank, the time it takes for your refund to be reflected on your statement varies.
